This is the powdered color that's used to make the watercolor paint, but the best thing about it is that it can be used for so much more than just that! They are cosmetic grade, so think eyeshadow, nail polish, even highlighter. They can also be used in resin and other art-related mediums. 
 
Fortuna is the only color in this collection that has holographic flakes included in the powder.
