USES: 
Normally, Dreamland Pigments are cosmetic grade, but these Royal Metallics chrome powders have important limitations. In regards to cosmetics, they are only to be used as rub on nail chrome powder.  Not suitable for eyeshadow.
 
These pigments are still usable in the art world with a variety of applications including paint mixing, resin, etc.
